A lovely wedding venue nestled on the Fairhope bluff. Little Point Clear's white façade is modern and year round twinkle lights welcoming. In addition to Little Point Clear’s fresh look, its versatile ability to accommodate large and small crowds has made it a very popular choice for couples. I have photographed 3+ weddings here. As a photographer, I love the open rooms and light colored walls. I also enjoy photographing pre-ceremony fun in their getting ready spaces. You can absolutely tell the upstairs suites were designed with wedding parties and photographs in mind.
I have to take a moment to brag on the stellar staff. For one wedding I photographed there, the weather was quite precarious. Storms were forecasted for all day and it had stormed all morning. The reception space was set for a rainy night. Surprisingly, the rain stopped just as the ceremony began down the road at St. Francis at the Point. Little Point Clear was able to flawlessly execute a quick pivot and change the reception setup to utilize the front courtyard, where the bride and groom wanted to have their first dance. The whole night was beautiful.
Their vintage VW bus is an eclectic and very “Fairhope” additional perk. The pop of vintage blue from the bus against the white backdrop of LPC is the perfect combination for cheerful, lighthearted images. For the Boho bride, this could be your perfect “something blue”!
Little Point Clear can also serve as a lovely setting for bridal showers and bridesmaids’ luncheons. They offer price quotes on demand
Little Point Clear is conveniently located near not only downtown Fairhope, but also several popular churches. These churches are popular with couples because of their beauty and charm. St. Francis at the Point, with its beautiful arched windows and natural light, is only a 3-minute drive. The historic Sacred Heart Chapel is even closer and only a 7-minute walk according to Google maps.

They also allow the parking lot to be tented, as well as to use for overflow, ceremonies, catering needs, or dance floors. Tents are an additional fee to rent. Silverware and glassware is available to rent. LPC suggests vendors like SoHo and Grand Events if you desire more elaborate selections.
At LPC, a certified bartender service is required and guests (meaning the client) may provide their own alcohol. Their websites explains that details can be discussed with the property manager during your site visit.
LPC can accommodate large or small bands, outside or inside. Just so you know, the city of Fairhope has an ordinance that the decibel level must be lowered at 10 PM.
Based on guest count, Fairhope requires off-duty officer to be hired. No need to add it to your to-do list. Little Point Clear will secure the officer and there is a cost of $150. Extras staffing is required based on guest count at an agreed-upon rates.
Sparklers are not permitted because LPC is a “no flames” facility. Also, confetti and birdseed are not permitted. From personal experience I photographed the wedding with homemade, eco-friendly “snow” and it became very slippery once on the ground. Suddenly, the concrete was as slippery as real snow. Any exit plans must be approved by LPC beforehand. There are so many fun options for exits that photograph beautifully.
Something unique and unusual for a wedding venue to offer is off shore excursions. Whether it's for a fishing trip with your groomsmen or a sunset cruise with your girls, they can customize the perfect outing for you. There are two boat options. A 33-foot Grady White designed to hold up to 10 guests on a sunset cruise or six people of fishing. The 21-foot Grady is designed for casual inshore fishing and sunset cruises for 2 to 4 people. That is perfect for a father and son looking for fun fishing experience. I think this could be a lovely, romantic background for a proposal or a fine engagement session for couples whom love life on the water.
These cruises are typically 2 to 4 hours for the sunset cruise, passing by landmarks like middle Bay lighthouse, Sand Island, galliard Island, the USS Alabama, and the lovely Eastern shore.
